Account Manager
What you’ll do
- Serve as the customer’s main point of contact, provide customers with positive client experience by properly managing all communication with customer and resolving their challenges in a timely manner
- Have a deep knowledge in all aspects of KikaPay and its associated products and services and up-sell these to existing customers
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, needs and requirements
- Come up with new innovative solutions to further grow revenues within account
- Work towards achieving the individual targets and reaching the KPIs
- Collaborate with different team members to help deliver projects for customers
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience and good track record of managing and growing large accounts (B2B2C)
- Excellent understanding of telecom, retail and utilities industry
Sales Manager
What you’ll do
- Develop sales by making initial presentation, explaining product and service enhancements and additions, as well as introducing new products and services
- Close sales by overcoming objections and preparing contracts
- Contribute information to sales strategies and gross-profit plans by evaluating current product results, identifying needs to be filled, monitoring competitive products and analysing and relaying customer reactions
- Come up with new innovative solutions for prospects to increase KiKapay’s pipeline
- Have a deep knowledge in all aspects of KikaPay and its associated products and services. Maintain professional and technical industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience and good track record of selling technology solutions to consumer-facing businesses
- Excellent understanding of telecom, retail and utilities industry
